MiZo-Pecs maintained their excellent form at the top of EuroLeague Women Group A when they made it six wins from six matches.

An 83-61 victory at the expense of Ros Casares showed just why many now see the Hungarians as potential rivals to EuroLeague and World Club champions BC Volgaburmash.

The pick of the MiZo-Pecs players was Ekaterina Lisina with a points haul of 19 and nine rebounds.

Also posting double digit scores where Amra Dapo (15), Timea Ivkovicne Beres (11), Pollyanna Johns (10), Dalma Ivanyi (10) and local-born Zsofia Fegvyerneky (10).

For Ros Casares, who slip to a 2-4 record, the best player in a losing cause was Nicole Antibe who poured in 12 points and hauled down 11 rebounds.

Top scorer was Elisa Aguilar with 16 points.
