Lubos Barton had a perfect night shooting the ball and finished with a game-high 20 points as DKV Joventut routed Lokomotiv Rostov 88-54 in the first game of their EuroCup quarter-final tie.
Barton, a 25-year-old Czech international who arrived in Spain over the summer from Lottomatica Roma in Italy's Lega A, has enjoyed some excellent games on offence this season in Europe but his effort at Rostov-on-Don was the best.

He was eight of eight from the floor with three of those shots from behind the arc. Barton's tally matched his previous high of 20 points in a Round II game against BC Khimki.
The 2.02 shooting guard/small forward also made the only free throw he took.
Tuesday's effort means that from three-point range in Europe this season, Barton has hit an astounding 49% (25 of 51).
DKV led just 17-15 after the first quarter but extended that to 40-33 at half-time.
That is when the wheels fell off for hosts Lokomotiv as the Russians scored just three points in the third quarter to leave DKV with a commanding 62-36 advantage.
There was no way back for Lokomotiv, a team that has been punching above its weight for much of the season.
Panamanian international Jaime Lloreda, who will played in the All-Star Day on March 14 in Lemesol, Cyprus, had 14 points to lead the Lokomotiv scoring.
DKV were 10 of 18 (55.6%) from three-point range and 25 of 49 (51%) inside the arc.
Lokomotiv were terrible from long range, making just one of 15 (6.7%) for the game.
