GAME REPORT

Bakken Bears 73 vs. Reims Champagne 70

Søren Ege scored four points and Jeff Schiffner added two free throws in the last minute to change a 67-70 deficit to a 73-70 win for the Danish Champions.

Bakken Bears best player, Søren Ege, scored four very important points in the last minute of the game to add his tally to 20 points.

Bakken Bears did not look like they had the winning edge being down 67-70 with one minute to go. However, the Bears kept cool and produced the final six points of the game.

For Reims Ryan Fletcher scored 30 points.

Even though not scoring, Jonas Buur played a very important role in the last minute - he had a very important block on a Reims forward and set up Søren Ege for a dunk.

After losing, Reims cannot go through to the second round. Bakken Bears now has three wins and will win the group if the team wins its last game, hosing Keflavik.
