GAME REPORT
BOXSCORE
USK Blex Prague 102 vs ZKK Zagreb 39
// 04 November 2004

Marketa Mokrosova (USK Blex) and Jasenka Marohnic (ZKK Zagreb)
USK showed that it’s goal to reach the pan-European play-offs is far from sci-fi. Good aggressive defense and fast breaks were the main weapons of the Czech side.

Prague collected a solid 30 points lead in the second quarter and then it was no doubt who would be the winner. Zagreb could not catch the tempo of the game at any moment. They committed many turnovers and their shooting from all ranges was pretty poor.

Eventhough the home team lost it’s concetration in third quarter which offered en equal battle it was USK again who stunned Zagreb in the last one. Prague showed many of their skills in the final quarter and so the game looked more like an exhibition game than a european cup game.

Althought Prague's Kiesha Brown was not in the starting five, she became the best scorer of the match, shooting 5 of 10 from field and 2 of 2 from three-point-land. So she was rightly named the MVP of the game.
