Bourges Basket 57 MiZo Pecsi 63
// 01 December 2004

The Bourges - Pecs match-up is showing signs of becoming a mini rivarly. The two sides met last season in the EuroLeague Women play-offs with a final four spot at stake and it was Pecs who advanced, thanks to a game three overtime win in Bourges.

This season, the two teams are in the same group and in their first meeting, Pecs inflicted another home loss against the 3-time EuroLeague Women champions.

Bourges' performance in the first half left little to be desired. Pecs were by far the stronger team, led by 18 points from new signing Koraljka Hlede.

Pecs' lead was never less than 10 points in the first 3 quarters. The home town fans made their displeasure clear and booing could be heard as Bourges left for the halftime break.

Bourges woke up somewhat in the final period but could not make any significant impact into Pecs' lead. Pecs held on for a win and move into 3rd place in Group B.
