Strasbourg sent their FIBA Europe League eighth-final play-off series into a deciding game with a confident home victory over visitors Besiktas.
Strasbourg held Besiktas' key duo of center Ratko Varda and point guard Khalid El-Amin to 24 points and outrebounded the Turkish side 40-19.
Strasbourg's superiority was evident as early as the first quarter and they build a 9-point lead (24-15) after 10 minutes.
It was a lead that Strasbourg were able to maintain for all 40 minutes, thanks to some strong outside shooting and their strength on the boards.
Sharif Fajardo top scored for Strasbourg with 19 points, while Ricardo Greer had 10 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists.
The series decider will be played next Wednesday in Istanbul. Besiktas has a free weekend in the Turksish League, while Strasbourg takes on Cholet in French League action on Sunday.
