Sluc Nancy 80 - MBC Odessa 74

2000 people came to see the game between Sluc Nancy and MBC Odessa. At the beginning of the game, Odessa took control thanks to their defense. At the end of the first quarter, they were in front by eight.

Better rebounding from Nancy produced more fast breaks and easy baskets and therefore they were able to narrow the gap. Both teams played pretty physical basketball and Odessa found themselves in foul trouble. With a nice buzzer-beater from Vinson from behind the arc the two teams went into the break.

Vinson began the third quarter with five straight points, but Odessa still remained in the game.
Tkach played very well this evening and so he was able to hit back. The intensity of the game was very high even though neither of the teams can proceed to the next round.

Odessa with some easy lay-ups and nice shots from outside reinforced their lead.
However, Tkrach then fouled out and it was Vinson and Sy who picked up the scoring for Nancy and brought their team to victory.
