They dished out a similar punishment tonight in the FIBA Europe League, this time with a 101:69 victory over Ukrainian side BC Kyiv.

Sergey Chikalkin was voted MVP of the contest after lighting up Kyiv for 25 points on 10/14 shooting. He scored 11 of his 25 in the 4th quarter and also dished 6 assists.

Ural Great came out motivated from the start strong first quarters from Chikalkin and Steven Nadjfeji saw them surge into the lead. Kyiv though stayed in touch thanks to 3 three-pointers from Sergiy Przheorskyy.

Ural Great increased their lead to double digits in the second, scoring 32 points in the quarter alone.

After a close 3rd period, Chikalkin ended any Kyiv hopes for a comeback by scoring 11 points in the 4th.

With the game effectively over, all that remained was for the home fans to chant that they wanted their team to score 100 points. US forward Vincent Jones obliged them and his dunk with 10 seconds on the clock gave Ural Great their final total of 101 points.

Jones finished with 15 points, 9 rebounds and 2 blocks.

Steven Goodrich was Kyiv’s top performer with 20 points and 10 rebounds.
