Azovmash Mariupol took a very real step towards the FIBA EuroLeague Play-Offs with a win over Siroki that sees them take 2nd spot in Group A, behind the still undefeated Russian club UNICS Kazan.

In the second quarter the players of Azovmash, thanks to a very good performance from Tephen Hamilton, rolled over the Bosnian team. Mariupol pushed their advantage to 17 and so they went to the locker rooms with a pretty comfortable score of 45-28.
In the third quarter the playmaker of the guests Damir Vujanovic found his game. He led all players with 26 points and had two big baskets, that brought back the game back to life in the 25th minute (57-45). But Azovmash held their lead steady till the end of the quarter (62-48).
In the final period Azovmash simply had the deeper bench and managed to finish the game with a victory. Even though the Bosnians won the last quarter 20-22, they still lost 70-82 in Mariupol.
