Siroki Hercegtisak 78 - STB Le Havre 79

Tonight's game was a very tough match-up between Siroki and the French guests from Le Havre (78-79). From the first tip of the game to the final whistle neither team had more than a 7-point-lead.

A very dramatic end after 4 periods took the game to extra time. During the regular 40 minutes, too many turnovers on Siroki's side simply gave the chance to STB Le Havre to make the game go to an extra period.

In the extra 5 minutes Siroki came very, very close to winning the game hitting two 3-pointers (Damir Vujanović and Domagoj Pinjuh), but these were to be their last points. In the next 4 minutes STB Le Havre made 7 points in a row and that was enough for the win.

Siroki had 20 seconds for the winning shot, but it was Martin Vanjak who took and missed a 3-pointer.
