 Ros Casares Valencia 56

In one of their most important games of the season, MiZo-Pécsi overcame the loss of centers Chantelle Anderson and Albena Branzova, to defeat Spanish side Ros Casares. Pecs' win was all the more valuable as having lost to Valencia by 21 points in their first game, they beat them by 23 points at home, thus winning the potential tiebreak between the 2 sides.

The win catapaults Pecs to top place in Group B and leaves Valencia fighting for a play-off spot with Brno and Valenciennes.

Allison Tranquilli got Pecs off the mark after just 8 seconds with a three-pointer after eight seconds, after which the home team never trailed.

Dalma Iványi played another sensational game scoring 20 points - making 5 of 6 three point attempts -, pulled down 6 rebounds, handed out as many assists and picked up 2 steals.

Andrea Károlyi almost matched the team captain's output by scoring 19 points.

Unexpected help came from Annamária Keller (7 points, 7 rebounds, 3 steals), Svetlana Boiko (10 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists). Pécs hit 10 three-pointers and shot by 52% from the field altogether.
