Lotos VBW Clima 69 Gambrinus Brno 77

Lotos VBW Clima lost their homegame in Gdynia against Gambrinus Brno 69-77.

Especially in the first half Jan Bobrovski's players had problems in finding their way to the Polish basket. They shot only poor 9 of 28 2-pointers and 3 of 14 behind the arch. For this reason Brno had kind of an easy game and was leading with six points after 20 minutes (34-28).

Nevertheless the guests weren't focused enough and committed 28 turnovers. By improving their shooting percentage the Czechs were able to tie the game in the third period, but then Brno, led by Zuzanna Zirkova regained the lead and kept it for good.

Zuzanna Zirkova became MVP of the game. She played on a very high level for the whole game. The Slovakian playmaker made many of her 17 points in deciding moments of the match.
