Ros Casares 79 - MiZo Pecsi SK VSK

Ros Casares won the third match in the EuroLeague Women on Wednesday night.

The whole team of Domingo Diaz and especially Michele van Gorp started very ambiguous so that the score after three minutes was already 8-3. Due to the excellent defense of Dexia, the guests could keep up again and after the first quarter it was even with 18-17 on the scoreboard.

Amaya Valdemoro, who has recovered from an ankle sprain, entered the field at the beginning of the second period. Roa Casares could extend their lead by a three-pointer of Elisa Aguilar and the great performance of Marta Fernandez.

At halftime the score was 39-34.

The third quarter began with four points for the visitors, but a three-pointer of Trisha Fallon as well as the great performance of Fernandez led to a score of 48-40 after jsut four minutes of play.

The last quarter began with a difference of 16 points (62-46). Berthieu who had re-entered the court at the end of the third period, was the most important player of Ros Casares. The guests did not find into the game again and the final score was 79-58.
