While Ros Casares have a new-look squad in 2006-2007, Elisa Aguilar has been the veteran presence who has helped put her team in a position to make a run for the EuroLeague Women title. Aguilar has competed in the EuroLeague Women with Ros Casares since 2003. For the second consecutive year, Aguilar is averaging close to double-digits. She is one of Europe’s top three-point shooters. Last year, the Madrid native took part in the inaugural EuroLeague Women All Star game.

Aguilar played for the Spanish National Team at the 1997, 2001 and 2005 EuroBasket Women Final Rounds. She represented Spain in Brazil during the 2006 FIBA World Championship.
