Through 11 games, the young center has posted a career- high 11 points and 8.6 rebounds in her third season with the team. Two times this year she has scored 17 in a game, which matches a career-high. …. Her rebound total is currently sixth best in the EuroLeague. In a EuroLeague Women game in 2005, she pulled down a career-high 18 rebounds in 29 minutes of play. …. In 2002, she was a member of France’s under 20 World Championship team which claimed the bronze medal in Croatia. At the young age of 18, Godin got called up to the National Team and played for France at the EuroBasket Women held in Greece. In her first EuroBasket Women game, the teenager scored 10 points in 14 minutes. She finished the competition averaging 4.3 points and 6.4 rebounds. Still the youngest player on France’s team for EuroBasket Women 2005, Godin doubled her scoring output, tallying 8.5 points to go along with 7.1 rebounds. …. Godin first began playing at the age of 10 and at 15 she enrolled at the Centre at Toulouse where she would combine basketball with her academic studies.
