|Dalia Belickaite led another powerful Lithuanian performance with a team-high 16 points|
The Green Machine advanced to the next stage with a faultless 4-0 record following another routine success, this one wrapped up early on.
Lithuania are yet to trail in the competition and asserted themselves from the first tip against Israel, jumping out to a 5-0 start behind Roberta Mizgeryte before erupting for a 20-1 tear to close the first period.
Two of Dalia Belickaites's game-high 16 points took the lead to an unassailable 46-13 before half-time as things threatened to get out of hand.
But Israel restored some pride, responding with a 13-0 sequence of their own as they managed to get to the foul line and convert.
It was not nearly enough however and Israel will continue to search for a first win against Norway on Monday.
Norway too are without a win, as Angelika Stankiewicz's 17 points powered Poland past them 70-31 in the Group's other game on Sunday.
In Group D, Noémie Rouault inspired Germany to a 58-50 victory over Austria, with a 21-point, 10-rebound display.
Four early points from Sarah Sagerer saw the Austrians surge into a 9-2 start.
But Germany hit back and the game was tight until its turning point in the third quarter.
With the game finely poised at 38-36 in the Germans' favour, Rouault rattled in six points in the final four minutes of the quarter to instigate a 10-2 run that put Germany up 48-38 heading into the final stanza - a commanding position they were not about to relinquish.
In Group D's other game, Belgium improved to 3-0 following a 63-43 win over fellow unbeaten team Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Belgians led from start to finish and were in complete control from the opening minutes, when they enjoyed an 11-0 run.
