Although they were already sure of their presence in Division A of the U18 European Championship Women next year, Slovakia fought hard from the very beginning of the game with Ukraine, and cruised all the way to the end for a 62-52 win.

The Ukrainians were never a real threat to their opponents, and it was an easy ride for the Slovaks till the end.

Oleksandra Chek scored 19 points for Ukraine, while Olga Krayevsak had a superb game with 16 points, 11 rebounds and six assists.
