The shooting guard formerly known as Elzbieta Miedzik is a solid all-round performer on the National Team stage with a reliable track record, having played in a number of major championships and also several seasons in EuroLeague Women. While she didn't make the final cut for EuroBasket Women 2009, she made a total of eight appearances at EuroBasket Women 2005. Great to coach, Mowlik offers production in all areas including rebounds, assists and steals since she's not only a shooter but a much more well-rounded player. It's been a tough season with club side Poznan who have struggled in the Polish league, but if she can shine with Poland and play to her potential then they will benefit from her experience. She is expected to be one of the players who could help fill the void left by the absence of ‘Biba'.
