Bronislava Borovickova is one of the few experienced players on which Pokey Chatman can rely. Indeed the 29-year-old has already taken part in five international campaigns, including two EuroBasket Women in 2001 and 2003. Last summer the American coach came to rely on her defence, as Chatman gave her a high playing time off the bench. Since 2007, the point guard has played in the Hungarian league. She presently wears the jersey of Gyor. With that team, she participated in the EuroCup Women this season, averaging 8.8 points, 2.5 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 2.3 steals per game.
