While Zane Eglite is never realistically going to pour in the points offensively at the elite level, she does bring plenty of those hugely important intangibles that you don't see on the stat sheet. She is a reliable pair of hands at the point position and will get the job done efficiently at both ends of the floor with her defensive skills and eagerness to find an open shooter rather than trying to force the issue herself. Controlled and calm on court, she has a wealth of experience playing at the last three major tournaments for the National Team. Even if she finds herself more as a role player this time around, she will continue to do everything in her power to help out. She started last season in her home country and finished it in Italy.
