FIBA Europe has announced the official venues and dates for the Youth European Championships 2010.

A total of 212 teams have entered the 14 men's and women's Division A, B and C tournaments in three age groups - Under 20, 18 and 16.

Spain broke open a close game in the third quarter and defeated France 64-54 to capture gold at the U18 European Championship Women in Södertälje.

Trailing 36-33 after 23 minutes played, the Spaniards scored 14 unanswered points to go into the final stanza with a 47-36 advantage.
