Iulia Lapshynova is an experienced shooting guard who can shoot the ball from the outside. Penetration is one of her weaknesses, but she can still drive to the basket and dish the ball off to the wing if she has to. She is also a good passer, who can help run the team's offensive sets and fast breaks. Lapshynova recently recovered from an injury and joined UBL's Dynamo to have as much playing time as possible. But as the team got financially stronger and almost completely changed its lineup, filling it with imports, Lapshinova made the decision to transfer to Odessa, where she joined Yuzhnaya Palmira.
