Olena Ogorodnikova is an experienced forward, who is very effective on the boards and who is a tough defender. Ogorodnikova scores most of her points after grabbing offensive rebounds, demonstrating a high field goal percentage. Defensively she usually guards the opponents' most dangerous big player. Olena was a leader of her Israeli side Ramla in 2008/09, averaging 18 points per game.
