The Blues out-rebounded Estonia, 52-29 and made 30 of 38 free-throws compared to the Baltic side's nine of 12 at the stripe.
The winners improved to 2-2 and Estonia fell to 0-4.
Marina Maljković, Serbia coach:
"Congratulations to the Estonian squad for a great fight. We are aware that they are a young team, but they tried to stand up to us as fiercely as they could. We are very thankful for the support we received from our fans in Kragujevac. We were better than Estonia in this game, but we can only measure the quality of both teams after the return match is played on their home court."
Sara Krnjić, Serbia:
"This was one really fair and good game overall. We have trained and prepared ourselves very well during the last few days. Now we are focusing on Saturday and our encounter with Montenegro. "
