Finland edged ahead of Great Britain into second place in the EuroBasket Women Relegation Round with a 60-55 triumph over the Brits in Worcester.
After falling to Mark Clark's Brits in Finland in their opener and then losing in a heavy defeat at Romania, the Finns have rebounded by beating Bosnia and Herzegovina and now Britain.
Crucially, Finland will now win a tie-breaker on a goal differential of +3 should the two sides finish with identical records.
Niina Laaksonen had 10 points and 10 rebounds for Finland, who outscored the home side 13-6 over the last 10 minutes.
Finland coach Tommi Koskinen said: "It was so important tonight we really needed to win.
"We knew Great Britain would be physical so we had to give back with our own physical game.
"The last game in Finland, Great Britain ran too much but today we were ready."
Vilma Kesanen, Finland Player:
"It feels great to win. The last two minutes was so controlled. We had to hit our threes tonight. We just had to play aggressively and be careful on offense because GB play a great defence so we looked to play our own game tonight which we did as we came out 60-55."
Finland's head coach Tommi Koskinen:
"It was so important tonight we really needed to win. We knew GB would be physical so we had to give back with our own physical game. The last game in Finland, GB ran too much but today we were ready. Our plan was also to ensure our shooting was accurate."
GB head coach Mark Clark:
"Maybe the pressure of the game got to us. We knew they would zone us and we were more than adequately prepared. We always knew playing this number of games in such a short time would be a factor and we were a very tired team today."
"They have just come off the back of three away games so we can't hide behind that one. The way we started the game I fully expected us to finish plays better. It's disappointing because we were in control but just couldn't score when we needed to."
Sarah McKay, GB Player:
"It's heartbreaking. At the end we gave it to them. We had every opportunity to put it away but we just couldn't do it. We have two big games left now and we need to learn from our mistakes."
"Hopefully we can improve and get better. They normally shoot a lot of threes but tonight they happened to make a lot of them."
"I think we can bounce back. It will be hard but we need to stay together now. Bosnia will be hard and they will be our first focus. We are going to two places which won't be very welcoming."
