Turkey moved to the top of Group B with an assured performance against Israel on Saturday.
It was a second successive win for Turkey, who beat Ukraine 70-59 in their opening qualifying match.
Esmeral Tungluer followed her 19-point performance with 22 against Israel.
Tungluer scored 8 straight points in a 10-2 second quarter run which saw Turkey establish a double-digit lead, 41-30.
Ir was a lead that Turkey never looked in danger of relinquishing for the remainder of the contest and they cruised to an 87-76 win.
Turkey face Slovenia in their next game while Israel play Ukraine.
