Halcon Avenida are losing key players and also still suffering from a domestic title series defeat to rivals Ros Casares.

But the fans have something to smile about following the news that Spain international Isabel Sanchez has agreed to play for the Salamanca club for another season.

Sanchez is currently with the Spain national team warming up for the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament for Women.

She had seven points in 14 minutes of Thursday night's 75-57 triumph over the Czech Republic.

Sanchez averaged 9.4 points in the EuroLeague Women last season.
