Lepron is another very versatile guard and Pierre Vincent knows her well, having coached her in Bourges for three years. "Flo" arrived in Bourges as a shooting guard with great speed and good finishing abilities close to the basket but with no shooting skills. She worked a lot but Pierre Vincent turned her into Dumerc's back-up at the point guard. She was unhappy with her playing time so she decided to go to Villeneuve to be a starter. She had a good year, developing a leadership mentality and her role as the boss of the team (4.9 assists per game in the French league). She is also a good defender and played significant minutes in last year qualification.
