Barbara Semsei

Career: MiZo Pécs 2010 (Hungary-A, 2004-06), Vasas-Csata (Hungary-A, 2006-07), MKB-Euroleasing Sopron (Hungary-A, 2007-09)

Semsei is another member of a great generation for Hungarian women's basketball. She was in Bratislava when the Hungarian U18 team won the Bronze medal in 2004, and was in Sopron when the U20 team won a Silver medal in 2006. Barbara is a modern point guard, but she needs to study the game more. Her shooting skills aren't reliable enough. Semsei did hurt herself last summer, and she only returned to the court on 24th February this year, against Szombathely, after a knee surgery done on 8th September 2008. Lacking playing time since her come back, she was only the third playmaker on Rátgéber's rotation at the beginning of the preparation.
