Russia: Vodopiyanova Injury Blow For Dynamo

Dynamo Moscow's women have a suffered a serious loss ahead of their EuroLeague clash with French outfit US Valenciennes Olympic after Natalia Vodopiyanova suffered a broken leg.

The 24-year-old forward will be sidelined for six weeks following the injury, which occurred in a training session.

The news comes as a severe blow to Dynamo, for whom Vodopianova collected 12 points in the clash with USVO earlier this season.

However, Dynamo were given a boost with the news that Canadian center Tamara Sutton-Brown has returned from Canada, following a period of leave due to a family illness.
