Since 2003 Lucia Lásková has rarely missed a campaign for the Slovakian national team. This summer, she could be compelled to do so, as the 28-year-old has suffered with a knee injury. However she has worked hard to be able to play in EuroBasket Women. Last summer Lásková has been a precious element of the team, averaging 8.1 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game. In 2006, the power forward moved to France, but this season she has not played for Roche Vendee Basket due to her knee injury.
