A very capable playmaker who can also shoot the three on a consistent basis, Balintova is one of the most exciting rising stars to have made a recent transition to the senior team. A leader at youth level for her country, she is ready to begin imposing herself after taking the step up last summer during qualification when she did a good job in limited court time. Her minutes are likely to be increased as she can play for short spells at the two spot if required and with a couple of seasons of EuroLeague Women behind her with her hometown club Kosice, she is maturing all of the time. Highly talented, she just needs to show she can handle the ball pressure at the highest level, something which is constantly evolving. She's trusted by head coach Maros Kovacik, who has coached her for much of her career with club and country.
