Pokey Chatman, Spartak Moscow Coach:
This was a great game between two very good teams. If I was a fan I would probably enjoy it very much. We saw a bunch of very good players going at it, and coaches trying to make adjustments to win the game. Playing man to man, playing zone and it all came down to us playing defense. The fourth quarter was very important for us, we made some defensive stops. It was easier for us with Penny out with foul trouble. I am happy that we got away with a win."
Haydar Kemal Ates, Fenerbahce Coach:
"I am very happy with my teams performance. We lost the game but we fought hard. We lost the chance to be in the Final Four but I am confident that we did the best we can. I congratulate Spartak but most of all I congratulate my players."
