Szeviép have taken the inside track to a fourth-place finish in Group D with a 71-58 victory over Lotos Gdynia.
The victory was the Hungarian club's second in the competition, with Gdynia and Tarbes also sitting on two wins apiece.
If the three sides were to finish with two wins apiece, Szeviép would clinch fourth and the last play-off place on goal differential.
Beaten 74-61 at Lotos in the first meeting between the sides in November, a Magdalena Leciejewska lay-up for the Polish team left Szeviép trailing 33-30 at half-time.
On top 45-42 with 1:35 to go in the third quarter, Szeviép outscored the visitors 15-2 over the next five minutes to take command for good.
Olena Zherzherunova finished with 21 points, eight rebounds and four assists for the winners.
Ivana Matovic scored 13 points, hauled in eight rebounds and dished out five assists in defeat.
