Beaten by 80 points in their opener at Ros Casares, the Latvian club suffered narrow defeats to Galatasaray and Cras Basket Taranto the following two weeks before beating TEO in their Baltic battle, 74-68.
The Riga outfit seized the initiative with an 18-4 run that spanned the first seven minutes of the second quarter and left them on top, 42-27.
Kristine Karklina started the scoring spurt with a lay-up and fellow Latvia international Anda Eibele finished it with a three-pointer.
Lyndra Weaver poured in seven points in the scoring surge for TTT Riga.
After TEO clawed the deficit back to 45-35 by half-time, Lisa Willis took her points haul to 18 by drilling back-to-back three-balls to extend the Riga advantage to 51-35.
TEO continued to battle and reduced the arrears to 60-50 with Aurime Rinkeviciute's three-pointer at the end of the third period.
Another trey from Rinkeviciute closed the gap to 62-55 with 7:19 to go.
The Lithuanian team made it 74-68 after a pair of free-throws from Renee Montgomery with 40 seconds remaining but neither side scored the rest of the way.
Willis had 23 points and Weaver 21 for TTT Riga, while Montgomery finished with 22 for TEO who suffered a fourth setback in as many EuroLeague Women games.
Milka Bjelica poured in 18 points and hauled in 10 rebounds for TEO.
