With extensive experience playing in many top leagues across Europe, Fleischer is a hard-nosed performer and one of the few bona-fide centers to have come out of Israel in recent years. After a college career that saw her set the all-time record for rebounds in the Ivy League, she went into EuroLeague Women and did a great job on the glass with Dexia Namur. With basketball running in the family through her father who played for Maccabi and Hapoel, Fleischer has been brought up on the game and you can see she has plenty of smarts. She not only has the skill-set to make an impression, she also has the size to pose match-up problems too. Has had limited opportunities in recent times but played almost 19 minutes per game back at EuroBasket Women 2007. A great option whether starting or coming off the bench.
