Visitors Ekaterinburg outscored Shelen Krasnoyarsk 18-11 over the final 10 minutes en route to a 63-58 triumph. |

BC Volgaburmash trailed for much of the game but once they got their noses in front of Dynamo Moscow, there was no stopping the defending champions in the opening leg of their Euroleague Women quarter-final showdown.
