Florence Lepron brings plenty to the table for the National Team. She is a good defender and as her 14 steals in last year's FIBA World Championship Women will testify, she will put in the work to get some big stops. Offensively she has the kind of flexibility in her game to run the open floor and finish in the paint while she also loves to find an open shooter. Pierre Vincent coached her at Bourges earlier in her career and while Lepron left, their relationship at National Team level has seen the play-caller dish out a lot of minutes and trust to Lepron. Careful in her shot selection and always busy off the ball, the decision making of Lepron is an asset. Perhaps the only player in the French team who can truly be called a combo guard, she loves slashing to he basket and drawing fouls. She also has plenty of experience in EuroCup Women and EuroLeague Women to call upon.
