| The Russian outfit appeared to take control of the game in the third quarter, outscoring their hosts 22-11 for a 53-45 advantage.
But the Lithuanian club turned the game on its head over the final 10 minutes to win the Game Three decider and reach the semi-finals.
It was a Rima Valentiene three-pointer at the 37 minute mark which gave Lietuvos their first lead since the second quarter, 59-57.
Mwadi Mabika answered with 2 free throws, but they would be Dynamo's last meaningful points of the game.
Jurgita Streimikyte and Katie Douglas, both of whom struggled with their shooting throughout (they combined for 8/23 from the field), took over in the final minutes. They scored Lietvos' final 8 points of the contest, in an 8-1 run which saw the Lithuanians confirm victory.
Douglas led five Lietuvos players in double figures with 15 points and eight rebounds.
Elena Shakirova topped Dynamo with 13 points. |
