Pauline Krawczyk led five players in double figures with 17 points as Bourges kept the pressure on US Valenciennes at the top of the table with a win over Stade Clermontois.
The French giants led only 53-51 at half-time but pulled away in the second half for an 86-69 triumph.
Bourges, who were knocked out of the EuroLeague Women by Gambrinus Sika Brno, were nine of 19 from the arc with Krawczyk nailing both of her three-pointers.
They have taken over sole possession of first place, although USVO can reclaim the leadership with victory at Tarbes on Sunday.
