Zuzana Zirkova could miss all of the Slovak Republic's EuroBasket Women qualifying campaign after suffering a broken hand.
Zirkova was hurt playing against Russia on Friday night and now faces a battle to make it back for any of the qualifiers.
"The next three to four weeks I will have my hand in plaster," Zirkova told Slovakian television.
"I am not sure, but I hope to still play in the qualifiers."
The Slovak Republic's campaign starts against Great Britain on August 14, and continues until they finish up against Germany on August 29.
They will also face Ukraine in Group D. |
