Most of the damage was done in the second quarter, which Andorra won 19-7.
The lead bulged to 20 points right after half-time when a Jordi Moliné free-throw made it 42-22.
Andorra cruised the rest of the way, giving court time to all their players.
Juan Bustamante was the centerpiece of Andorra's success with 24 points and 18 rebounds, also blocking three shots.
Andorra outrebounded the Welsh, who had their best scorers in Daniel Walsh with 12 and Thomas North with 11 points, 62-45.
