Georgia and Hungary are the two teams that say goodbye to Division A and will play the next U16 European Championship Men in Division B.
After a three games in the Classification Round they both finished in the last places and will be ranked at the bottom of the competition.
Hungary managed to beat only Georgia but lost to Italy and Poland by more than 20 points to take a 1-2 record in the group and in total the 15th place in the championship.
Georgia failed to win a game the whole tournament and dropped to a 0-3 record after an 84-57 loss today to Poland to close the list in the 16th spot.
The two teams to replace them next year are Montenegro and Germany.
The first beat Sweden 67-57 in the semi-finals of the Division B games in Sarajevo, Bosnia.
Earlier today Germany edged Bulgaria 64-61 in the other semi-finals.
In the U20 championship this summer as well Georgia dropped from Division A to B while Germany will replace them after doing the other way, marching up to Division A.
