Serbia centre Dejan Musli, who led his team to the title with a win over Spain in the final of the Termosteps U16 European Championship Men in Crete, was named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player.

Nicolo Melli of Italy was named as one of the tournament's Best Five.

| The 212cm centre averaged just under 16 points a game and was the tournament’s leader in rebounds (12.0) as well as blocked shots (5.0).
Musli recorded double-doubles in seven of his team’s games as he led them to a perfect 8-0 record. He had a triple double of 10 points, 11 rebounds and 12 blocks in a group win against France.
The MVP also tops the team of the tournament where he is joined by Croatia guard Toni Prostran – who was the competition’s high scorer with an average of 20 points a game – as well as Turkey swingman Can M Mutaf, Italy’s forward Nicolo Melli and Spain forward Alberto Jodar.
