Serbia & Montenegro went level on 1-1 with Italy in Group F quarter-final round play, thanks largely to a superb all-round performance from Dejan Musli.
The 2.12m center recorded 20 points, 19 rebounds and two blocked shots in a 78-69 victory for the Serbo-Montenegrins.
The two teams were evenly matched throughout and were tied 36-36 at the half.
Italy had three successive two-point field goals from Luca Campani at the end of the third quarter to take a 55-51 lead going into the fourth.
But Musli then led a turn-around, scoring seven points in a 17-4 spurt that gave Serbia & Montenegro a lead they wouldn't relinquish.
Campani finished with 14 points, as did team-mate Stefano Spizzichini.
Filip Sepa also starred with a third 17-point haul for the winners, with
Uros Petrovic adding 15.
