Montenegro is the third team that finished the Preliminary Round with a perfect record after gaining their third win, a 77-64 triumph over the locals of Latvia. The new participants finished Group C with a 3-0 record that will allow them to carry two wins to the Qualifying Round. Latvia dropped to 1-2 to finish third but won't carry any win with them. |
