If you're looking for an old-school true center on the Israeli squad, you will find it in Fleischer. She's the only classic center on the squad, and relys mostly on her back to the basket game. Fleischer is one of the top rebounders in the championship thanks to great size and a very physical approach. Coming off two tough seasons in which she played for six different teams, but earned a championship title in Ukraine. She holds the all-time record for total rebounds in a season in the Ivy League, where she played at the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied engineering and applied sciences. In 2007-08 she finished second in EuroLeague Women in rebounds per game. Jennifer is the daughter of Bob Fleischer, who used to play ball for Maccabi and Hapoel Tel Aviv back in the 1970s.
