EuroCup Women Semi-Finals Set

Beretta-Famila Schio and Galatasaray, who convincingly swept their opponents in the quarter-final play-offs, will face each other in the EuroCup Women 2008 semi-finals.

BC Moscow, who scored a double victory over fellow Russian club Chevakata, will now take on Elitzur Ramla of Israel in the last four.

Galatasaray will play the first leg at home as will the Israeli team, who advanced to the semi-finals despite a big loss Levoni Taranto, Thursday night, thanks to a huge point advantage they held from their first leg.

Beretta-Famila and BC Moscow, as the higher ranked among the four, are given the relative advantage of starting the two-game series away.

BC Moscow's only defeat of their EuroCup campaign so far this season came at the hands of Beretta-Famila.

The first games are scheduled for March 6, with the return legs to be played on 12 March.
