Olga Masilionene is another sweet-shooting guard at Anatoly Buyalski's disposal. She didn't feature on the 2007 squad that took home the EuroBasket Women bronze, but just a year later Masilionene was an integral part of the Belarus squad that qualified for the Olympics and finished sixth in Beijing. It's safe to say that without her barrage of three-pointers the Belarusian team would have a really hard time getting through the qualifying tournament in Madrid. Olga never shies away from the responsibility of taking big shots and makes an outstanding percentage of them. Masilionene spent the 2008-09 season in Romania where she helped the Municipal Targoviste side succeed domestically as well as led the club to Sixteenth-Finals of EuroCup Women averaging 7.3 points and 1.9 rebounds per game in the competition.
