PLAYER HISTORY
Marina Mazic

Career: Croatia Zagreb (Croatia-A1, 1996-2000), Montmontaza Zagreb (Croatia-A1, 2001-02), Pool Comense Como (Italy-A1, 2002-03), Cavigal de Nice (France-LFB, 2003-04), Villeneuve-d'Ascq (France-LFB, 2004-05), COB Calais (France-LFB, 2005-06), Reyer Venezia (Italy-A1, 2006), Gospic Industrogradnja (Croatia-A1, 2006-07)

Marina Mazic excels in running the court, as this center or power forward has always been seen leading the fast breaks, a quality that few inside players have. She is also very good at running the pick and roll. Very athletic, sometimes it looks like the ball is attracted to her hands, as she is a great rebounder. Marina is a modern player, who can dribble and finish strong. In the national team, she never got a big chance, so surely she will try to show herself on the big stage. On court with Emilija Podrug with their style of play will be a night mare for opponents defenses. She spent couple of seasons abroad, so her international experience will probably be a great asset for the team.
